Is there anything I need to do to prepare for my LED Bed session?

Yes, please! If possible, please come to your appointment with a clean face and body (read: no lotion, cream or oil). If you are not able to do so prior to your appointment, we do have hot towels and skincare products available in your treatment room.

 

Are there ways to intensify the effects of my LED Bed session?

The morning of your session, give your body a good oil-free exfoliation like dry brushing. For the face, we recommend using Biologique Recherche P50 prior to your session.

 

Do I need to bring anything with me?

We will provide everything you need. From hot towels and body cream to a full basket of skincare.

 

How long is the LED bed session?

Your LED bed session is 20 minutes of full body rejuvenation.

 

What does an LED Bed session feel like?

Once you tap the start button you will have 10 seconds to snuggle into the bed, which while shaped like a tanning bed, will not make you sweat like one. You can relax while the bed cycles through 20 minutes of red and infrared mini-sessions.

 

What will an LED Bed Session do for me?

Many medical studies show that continued exposure to red and far-infrared light therapy help: heal the body, stimulate collagen, take down inflammation, and trigger ATP (adenosine triphosphate), a molecule that stimulates white blood cells that work to repair damaged tissues, and increase collagen production.
